For over many years kefir, which is a fermented drink made using either water or milk and kefir grains, has been recognized by lots of people to be beneficial to health particularly in supplying the body of probiotics or good bacteria. There is a wide range of health benefits that are widely believed to be obtained when people take in or drink kefirs and the primary ones include boosting the immune system and improving the digestive functions of the body.
